Paula Alexander-Delpech, PhD

Dr. Paula Alexander-Delpech serves as the Inaugural Dean of Student Success at Frontier Nursing University, where she leads strategic initiatives to support graduate nursing students from enrollment through graduation. With over 25 years in nursing education and leadership, Dr. Alexander-Delpech has held progressively responsible positions including Dean of Inclusive Excellence and Student Success, Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer, and various faculty roles at Florida International University, Barry University, and the University of Florida.

Dr. Alexander-Delpech earned her PhD from Barry University and is board-certified as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is a Fellow of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and has completed prestigious fellowships with the American Association of Colleges of Nursing, including the Diversity Leadership Institute (DLI) and Elevating Leaders in Academic Nursing (ELAN) programs.

Her scholarship focuses on diversity, equity, and inclusion in nursing education, student success strategies, cultural competence, and international nursing education. She has developed innovative study abroad programs in the Caribbean and England, secured over $4 million in federal grants, and published extensively on cultural competence, health equity, and community-based participatory research. Dr. Alexander-Delpech has presented nationally and internationally on nursing workforce diversity, global health, and transformative nursing education.
