As Executive Director of the Stacey Nicholas Office of Outreach, Access and Inclusion at the Samueli School of Engineering, Analía has built more than initiatives. She has built an ecosystem. One where access is intentional, support is consistent, and belonging is not an afterthought, but a foundation.
Her leadership is rooted in a simple but powerful idea: opportunity means nothing without support.
Through her work, Analía has strengthened recruitment pipelines, increased retention, and elevated student success by ensuring that students are not only welcomed into engineering spaces, but fully supported once they arrive. Her approach blends strategy with empathy, creating environments where students feel seen, valued, and empowered to succeed.
But what truly sets Analía apart is her presence.
